ORDERS PROCESSING TIME
Orders will begin assembly on the same day you place the order if your order is placed during business hours. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the assembly to be completed.
ARE THE ITEMS USABLE?
CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Yes, we gladly accept custom orders. We will do our best to create a diaper cake that fits your expectations.
CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO LOOK LIKE THE ONE IN THE PICTURE?
We are glad you ask this question. Our products are handmade after the order is placed, therefore there is the possibility that some baby products will be out of stock. We work hard to ensure that our Diaper Cakes look as identical to our pictures as possible.
CAN I INCLUDE A CARD WITH MY ORDER?
Of course you can! Add a short note to the recipient on the card in the "notes" box at checkout. If you miss this step, simply send us an email right after your order is placed to make sure it get included on your gift. Don't forget to add your name so the recipient know whom to thank for the delivery.
DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS?
Yes, we do! Expedited making and shipping is available for an added fee. Please email us to find out what the fee will be before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate you!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDERED EXPEDITED SHIPPING BUT MY ORDER ARRIVED LATE?
We are very sorry to hear this happened to you. Unfortunately, once the package is accepted by the postal carrier, the shipping transit is out of our control and we cannot offer refunds for expedited shipping cost.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT?
We recommend you to always provide us with a secure location for shipping purposes. We advise you to check with the post office to be sure the item isn't being held for pick up, check with neighbors around the delivery location, or file a claim with the post office. We are happy to provide any information needed on our end.
Unfortunately, packages that are marked delivered but not received are beyond our control. Missing packages can be attributed to different scenarios, including being stolen or lost. We will not be refunding or replacing costs for any orders that are lost or stolen.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations.
Every order is extremely important to us and we want to make sure that all customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. In the very unlikely event you are not completely happy with your order for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery of your cake and we'll do our best to make it right.
